Sports Day - 2018

On Monday 25th June, KS2 gathered in Crystal Palace Stadium to participate in 10 sporting activities. All the children from across the federation joined in different teams inspired by nations from every continent. The children thoroughly enjoyed the activities, both as participants and as spectators - watching other year groups compete.  There were loud cheers as the parents and teachers raced to closed the day's event!

On Tuesday 26th, the EYFS and KS1 children attended Evelyn Grace Academy. The Sports Day for the youngest children from the federation included activities such as 20m relay, a dressing up race, throwing activities and a water race! All the children displayed their brilliant co-ordination skills and had a wonderful time.

In the afternoon the KS1 children had their turn in the same venue. Just like KS2, they completed in 10 activities with children from the same year groups all across the federation. They participated in Javelin throwing, long jump, an obstacle race, 25m race, 25m relay, an egg and spoon race, just to name a few of the activities.

Thank you to all the staff, pupil helpers, parents and carers who came along, participated and supported the event. Here's to Sports Day 2019!
